The Company is committed to managing its people as its most important asset, as people quality development is one of the success factors for delivering sustainable performance. Throughout 2016, we gave priority to the development of human resource management in a sustainable manner in all aspects to support and enhance the performance of the Company. Efforts to develop the quality of human resources through various types of activities, including through the training of technical aspects as well as soft skills. To achieve optimal results, the Company continues to evaluate and improvement of training modules, additional training materials, certification for specific training and implementation of training in cooperation with external parties concerned and competent.

The Company is committed to prioritizing the principles of occupational safety and health for all of its employees consistently and continuously. This commitment is contained in an integrated policy, namely through the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Environmental Policy which has been communicated to all units of PT SPINDO, Tbk. The Company complies with the laws and regulations on OHS by implementing and certifying the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 Year 2012 in various divisions/operational units. Through a well-planned SMK3, the Company minimizes the chance of fatal work accidents, minimizes property damage/loss, and increases the achievement of zero accidents. This is possible because the implementation of this system includes identification of hazard sources, risk assessment and control, preparation of work plans to minimize the occurrence of work accidents, workplace assessments, periodic employee health checks, and evaluation of SMK3 work programs. The Company also implements and has obtained an ISO 45001:2018 certificate which is an international standard governing occupational health and safety (OHS) management systems.
